Our modern equipment alow us the flexability to produce rings in a variety of grades and configurations. Our capabilities are:

• 3" OD up to 48" OD Up to 900 lbs max
• ring segments
• contours or specials available
• no minimum requirement

Individually forged disc offer greater strength due to refinement of grains in the forging process. Our capabilities for individually forged discs are:

• 3" DIA up to 38" DIA 1500 lbs max
• Individually forged no torch cut on OD
• ½" to 12" in thickness
• no minimum requirement

Forged rounds available in any diameter within our capabilities. Forged bars offer refined grains and improved strength.

• 1" DIA up to 12" DIA 2500 lbs max
• lengths up to 120"
• no minimum requirement

Forged blocks do not require torch/flame cutting. Sharp corners, refined grains limitless cross sectional options available.

Our sharp cornered forged flats do not require torch/flame cutting. Any thickness within our capabilities can be produced on one of our three steam driven hammers, our capabilities are as follows

• 1" square up to 24" wide 2500 lbs max
• lengths up to 120"
• no minimum requirement
